Things to note before scheduling to avoid confusion: We require rabies vaccinations, there is a 10 min grace period after your appointment starts to get here before it is marked as a no-call, no-show, and cancelled (no exceptions!!). Latest pick-up time has been update to 1-hour after being notified that your dog is "ready-for-pickup", after that, you will be charged a daycare fee. If you pickup after closing time, there will be a fee of $10 a minute after 4:00pm and $10 every 10 minutes after that. Any other questions or policies can be found in our updated FAQ Page.
